Our high-performance Bartops are designed and created in the north of Portugal. In 2024, an entirely new facility was established to meet the growing demand for TALIS bartops worldwide, reflecting our commitment to serving the spirits industry with the same levels of quality, service and innovation. This new unit has a production capacity of 150 million bartops  p/year.

Just beyond the cork forests, in Montijo, is where our newly modernized corkwood preparation facility. Expanded and rebuilt in 2008 with the aim of improving cork quality and the sustainability of operations. The facilities cover more than 21,000 square metres. Among its many innovative features designed to prevent contamination are a cork stabilization park, a pallet warehouse for prepared cork, and a high-efficiency stainless steel boiler. This cork boiler allows for water renewal at a faster rate than traditional processes through the use of innovative closed-loop filtration systems. The advanced heat exchangers allow water reduction and heat conservation, thus rationalizing the use of energy.

In São Paio de Oleiros, the production and quality control of all natural corks happen in the same unit.
